Ashley and Meagan, co-owners of Your Jubilee Weddings and Events were working one day when they got a call from their good friend, Tristan. He was getting married to the love of his life, Hunter, and he officially asked them to be their wedding planners! This was a call Ashley and Meagan had both been waiting years for! They could not have been more excited to play a huge role in their special day.

Ashley and Meagan hopped on a plane to San Francisco, California where the couple lives and was ready to turn all of their wedding dreams into reality. Tristan remembers, “One of the things I appreciated about Ashley and Meagan was that they traveled to the Bay Area for a wedding vendor trip. They took us all around to do food tastings, pick out linens, plates, cutlery, flowers… and everything in between.” After that trip, Ashley and Meagan worked tirelessly in Scottsdale, AZ to coordinate everything in San Francisco for Tristan and Hunter’s wedding.

After months of organizing all the details, October 19, 2019 had finally arrived. While Meagan attended the wedding as a guest, Ashley and associate planner Hayley made sure the wedding day went effortlessly. Their ceremony was full of all their loved ones. Tristan and Hunter had an intimate ceremony. There was not a dry eye in the crowd as they said their personalized vows to each other.

A unique design we loved about their wedding day was the way they branded their wedding! See that T|H on the pillows? You could find that same image on the bar, projected into the reception space, on the menus and more! It was a simple detail that made the whole design feel cohesive!

One of Tristen’s top priorities was having a good time on the dance floor. The last song of the night was, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” by Whitney Houston, which everyone danced to with glow sticks in hand! This was the perfect tune to end their amazing night with.

Meagan says, “I am beyond happy to play a part in Tristan and Hunter’s wedding day and thankful they trusted our vision of trees on tables, custom wax seals, checkered dance floor, and coupe champagne glasses for their Veuve. So many amazing details for an amazing couple!”
