Amanda works for an amazing organization, the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. In 2015 while hosting a gala, Amanda met Jeff. Little she did know that her life was going to be forever changed after meeting him. After dating for a while, they planned to go on a relaxing vacation to Blue Ridge, GA, mid season of Amanda’s fundraising campaign she was working on. While they were there, he surprised her and proposed! She was certain it would be after the fundraising campaign wrapped up.

Jeff is from Kansas City and Amanda is from Georgia, so when they visited Arizona after their engagement, they knew this was the place they wanted to get married! They didn’t want a long engagement so January was the perfect month for them to tie the knot! The weather in January is cool and was a great temperature for them to celebrate their love outside.

During the wedding planning process, both Jeff and Amanda’s parents were a complete joy to work with. They were so loving & considerate. It was very clear that the most important thing to them was making the day perfect for Amanda and Jeff!

Amanda and Jeff’s dream day would not have been complete without a stunning Arizona view. They chose to get married at The Sanctuary as the ceremony space offered a stunning backdrop of the desert landscape, amidst the setting sun. After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to attend the reception dinner on the lawn, beneath the stars. Amanda’s bridesmaids wore sage green dresses, which blended perfectly with their muted, earth tones, and soft ivory accents. The goal was simple elegance, and lead wedding planner, Hayley, made sure it was just that. She made sure every little detail was taken care of so Amanda and Jeff could enjoy their special day!

Their wedding planner, Hayley remembers, “Amanda & Jeff were incredible to work with. They were always so sweet and playful with one another, while always having respect for each other’s opinions and preferences. They also love to laugh and have a good time. I look forward to watching Amanda & Jeff’s love grow for the years to come.”
