Tuscan-Inspired Wedding with Playful Doctor Details

When asked what my favorite wedding to design so far has been, I always say Karen & Chris! It was the perfect blend of elegance, personality, and pure fun. Set against the Tuscan-inspired backdrop of the venue, the couple leaned into the romantic charm of the space while bringing in vibrant shades of pink to keep the day warm and playful. Their design featured lush, vibrant florals, velvet pink napkins paired with rattan placemats, and elegant pink glassware that made the entire tablescape feel decadent and inviting.

As both the bride and groom are doctors, we couldn’t resist weaving in clever details that reflected their story, including cocktail napkins designed as prescription cards and a cheeky seating chart that read, “You’re just my type” as a nod to blood types. These little touches had guests smiling and made the celebration feel so uniquely theirs.

When it came to the party, they made one request: an unforgettable dance floor moment, and wow, did it deliver. We created an epic setup with an LED dance floor, suspended disco balls, bursts of bougainvillea, and lush greenery overhead. Lounge sets surrounded the space, giving guests the perfect place to rest in between songs while still soaking in the atmosphere.

And of course, the couple’s after-party had to be just as fun as the wedding itself. Affectionately named “Tini Time,” guests danced the night away with martinis in hand, keeping the energy high until the very last song.
