With the summer heat blistering this week here in Phoenix I have found myself day dreaming of the cooler weather ahead and one of my most favorite times of year, fall With many fall brides finishing up their final touches and details over the next couple months. I wanted to give you 5 mouth-watering fall inspired signature drinks for your wedding. Some little touches such as being served in a mason jar, garnished with a cinnamon stick, or served on wooden crates add the extra special fall touch to your wedding.
1.) Spiced Apple Cider
This drink is a great signature drink option because it can be served chilled or hot, and alcoholic or non-alcoholic. All guest can enjoy this tasty drink. Have your bartender pour into hollowed out apples for a unique touch.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 (64 oz) bottle of apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp whole cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/3 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker (add in spiced rum if desired). Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low to keep warm. Stir before serving.
2.) Pumpkin Spice Martini
Nothing is more tasty in fall then the flavors of pumpkin and nutmeg. Displayed with beautiful rimmed nutmeg garnished around the rim, this signature drink will definitely leave an impression on your guest.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Cream Liqueur
2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Pumpkin Liqueur or Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Garnish Ingredients:
Dress The rim with Cranberry/Pumpkin Blend savory fusion of pecans & cranberries.
4.) Spiked Hot Chocolate or Coffee
Take a twist on these two classic flavors through your presentation. Serve your hot chocolate in mason jars with the rims dusted in chocolate. Customizing the sleeve to the coffee cups with your wedding monogram and date. For a late night snack poke donut holes through the coffee stir sticks to boost your guest energy level with some sugar to help them dance the night away. Add your favorite Bailey’s flavor or peppermint schnapps to either of these to add some additional fun to the party.
