Trend Tuesday: 2015 Wedding Trends
The new year has come and gone and we are already in the midst of the busy spring wedding season! Can you believe it is almost March? With a new year comes new trends mixed with some old and reoccurring! Below are some of the beautiful trends we can look forward to this year!
1.) Copper
We all have heard that the Pantone Color of the Year was chosen and it is the beautiful Marsala. One of the on trend accent colors for 2015 is copper! Being Arizona natives we LOVE this and cannot wait to see the metal mixed into the to various weddings and events this year.
2.) Off the Shoulder Wedding Gowns
Brides and grooms are becoming less traditional and since many are not married in a church, brides do not have to worry about covering their shoulders and arms. The runways were full of off the shoulder gowns this year and the trendiest bride will be swooping this up right away!
3.) Food Trucks
This is a trend that has started in 2014 and will continue through 2015. This not only brings a fun, casual element to your big day, but also helps keep the party going. Guests don’t feel like they have to stay seated through the entire dinner and can get up and mingle or dance throughout the entire reception.
4.) Loft, Gallery, and Museum Weddings
As mentioned above, not all couples want the traditional church wedding. There are many who are looking for other venues and outlets to express themselves. We will still see barns weddings throughout 2015, but not all couples want the rustic, shabby chic look. We’ll see modern loft, gallery, and museum weddings popping up more and more in 2015.
5.) Hanging Wedding Decor
What better way to make a statement during your rehearsal or your reception then to hang your flowers? This brings in a whole other element and dimension the space.
