Last week while at the Wedding MBA Conference in Las Vegas the Arizona vendors who attended decided to have some fun and style their Serendipity Skirt tutus in unique ways and wore it for the conference all day on Tuesday, thus #tututuesday and #tututakeover was all the buzz. These beautiful, handmade skirts from Juju’s Tutus looked amazing on everyone who wore it, we had people stopping us all day asking who we were and where they could find one of their own! Here are the vendors who participated in #trendtuesday and ideas on how to style your own Serendipity Skirt.
1.) Preppy Glam
For our looks we decided to keep it simple and preppy. We knew it was going to be a long day of walking and classes so we paired our tutus with light weight tanks, comfortable ballet flats, and glam jewelry that pops. My black tank had lace embellishments that matched my lace cardigan I paired with it during the chilly class sessions. I loved Ashley’s glam collar necklace and that she completed her look with a trendy, preppy braid.
With the owner of Juju’s Tutus, Julie Reed! Her and I matched in Marsala that day, she had a rose gold lining and mine is solid marsala- makes a big difference and changes the look completely! I am in love with Pantones color of the year!
Yes, we were just waiving to our fans and laughing at Bradley Coopers jokes on the red carpet! He loved our Serendipity Skirts!
2.) Country Chic
Taryn from Love My Life Photography is not one who you usually find in a skirt or dress. But she found a way to make it her own! We love the all black, chic look paired with her signature country boots, turquoise necklace, and glam belt!
3.) Sequin Glam
You know we love glitter!!! So, when Tami from Posh Invitations showed up in this silver glitter top we were a little jealous! We love that she added a black satin bow for the extra feminine touch!
4.) Basic Black & White
When you are wearing a full tutu sometimes it is best to go back to the basics and keep it simple with black and white cotton tees. We love that Jamila from Parties on Purpose wore black on black and added a bright pop of color, she looks so chic! Shannon from De Atley Events wore a cotton white tank paired with nude sandals. Blush has been such a big trend this season, I love this neutral color palette.
5.) Loving the Layers
Wendy from Gigi’s Cupcakes wore an ivory tank to match her ivory skirt, she then brought an extra layer in her denim button up and tied it off at the waste line! I love this look paired with layered necklaces and the fabulous lace heels that nod to a ballerinas lace point shoes!
Showing other vendors at the conference how much fun Arizona wedding vendors have and supporting such an amazing friend and company for the day was such a great feeling! If you like this look for your wedding or even for your bridesmaids be sure to check out Juju’s Tutus on Etsy! After all, what girl doesn’t love feeling like a princess in her tutu, I know we all did!
