Classic black and white weddings are all about timeless style and simple elegance. There’s something special about the contrast of crisp white against deep black that creates a stunning look for your big day. Whether it’s the bride in her beautiful white dress or the groom rocking a sharp black tuxedo, this color scheme never goes out of style. Lauren and Brady’s Day was exactly that, every detail was elegant and refined while adding fun guest experiences to make the day unique

Lauren and her girls were all about the glitz and glam. “This iconic getting ready photo will forever be one of my favorites, everyone looked so sleek and retro it both fit their vibe for the day and the history of the hotel” said their planner Shelby.

Before ceremony Lauren and Brady shared a sentimental first look with each other before heading to do portraits and wedding party photos.

Lauren works in real estate and renovating houses, so when we couldn’t find exactly what she was looking for, her guys built her this custom stage and arch adding such a unique statement piece to her day.

After ceremony Lauren and Brady snuck away for a quick cocktail with just the two of them before heading up to the roof top for a few sunset photos and to join their guest for cocktail hour.

Guest then headed downstairs to find their seats for dinner. We wanted to keep the classic feel throughout the day so we kept the design simple. All white and green florals with accents of black details. Hotel Valley Ho is a vintage retro style hotel so we wanted to full a few of these details into the space. These fun geometric place mats added the perfect abstract element to bring in a little retro feel but keeping things classic.

One of Lauren and Brady’s favorite memories from their joint bachelor/bachelorette party in Mexico was the live violin player that came around and played fun pop songs during dinner. We decided to bring this to life on wedding day and surprise their guests. As open dancing began we switched the lights to purple and Jonathan Livingston hit the dance floor with his electric guitar and everyone went crazy! It was definitely a hit and really got the party started.
