The Wedding and Event Network’s: Taste of Fall & an Exciting Your Jubilee Announcement!
A few weeks back we hosted The Wedding & Event Network’s October mixer. Since the temperatures are dropping and we have been having some beautiful Arizona nights we decided to create a Taste of Fall mixer using beautiful fall colors and bringing in some tasty fall foods.
We partnered with the Doubletree Scottsdale Resort and used their gorgeous outside tented space, beautiful farm tables, linens, and delicious catering. The food for the evening was a perfect for our fall party- a mac and cheese bar with all the proper fixings such as shrimp, bacon bits, caramelized onions, and extra cheese! The Doubletree Scottsdale Resort went above and beyond for us and is a perfect space for any size wedding or event.
For dessert we had Gigi’s Cupcakes introduce their new fall flavors along with their newest dessert, and perfect for fall, personal serving size pies! They brought a beautiful display of treats and many guest went back for seconds… and thirds. They offer amazing treat bar options for our brides and can customize as needed. If you are looking for a unique dessert bar that will satisfy your sweet tooth, Gigi’sCupcakes is the way to go.
Sonoran Brewing Company was there to wash everything down with beer tasting from their newest collection. They brought out an IPA and a White Chocolate Ale that helped top off the nights events. This is a local company with great tasting beer, support local and use them for your next event!
Decor was brought together through the floral centerpieces and fall items from Fred’s Flowers. She made adorable mumkins (floral pumpkins made from mums) that a few lucky guest were able to take home with them at the end of the night. More linens were brought in and draped from the beautiful collection at Southwick Linens.
The evenings ambiance was enhanced by the one and only Curtis Whipple. He set the mood through his fabulous uplighting and wonderful song choices. He was also able to work with us and created vendor gobos to displayduring the entire event. He is a professional, accountable DJ we would recommend to any of our brides!
To help us remember the fun we had, Fun in a Flash Photobooth capture all of the silly moments. The state of the art green screen with various digital backdrops to choose from made it a great, new experience.
Lastly, the amazing photos for us to look back on and remember the wonderful night shared with vendors and friends were captured by Philip Carnevale Photography. We have had the pleasure of working with him and his wife during a Your Jubilee wedding and loved his work. He is someone who has been nationally recognized and will bring your bridal pictures to the next level.
Thank you to all the vendors for coming together and making this an amazing Ocotber event. We love the relationships we have built through WEN AZ and look forward to work on many more events with these vendors in the near future!

Your Jubilee has been selected as the one of the top 25 competitors in the BASH Conference table tops competition! The competition will happen in January and we would not be able to do it without the support and collaboration from Creative Occasions and Sara Bishop Photography.
