Romantic Winter Garden Wedding at the Westin

If you’re planning a romantic winter garden wedding, this blog post is for you! Our couple, Jackie and Braxton met in high school and years later were set up by their moms. Braxton then proposed to Jackie two years later at the restaurant where they went on their first date. These two then decided to tie the knot at The Westin Kierland in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Jackie and Braxton wanted to be sure their pups were a part of their special day. How cute are they in their matching tuxedos!

The overall feel of their wedding day was a romantic, winter garden. Their design included lots of neutrals accented by navy and mauve tones. In her bouquet, Jackie included an orchid which was her grandma’s favorite flower!

Jackie wanted to make sure to pay special recognition to her grandmother who was not able to be with her on her wedding day. We loved witnessing this special moment of Jackie sitting with her and taking in the day together.

After the ceremony, the couple headed off to take some sunset photos while their guest enjoyed cocktail hour!

The lead planners’ favorite moment was when they walked into the reception space! The bride started to tear up once she saw how everything came together. They put so much work into the overall design process and it was such a great moment to see her reaction. “Jackie is a very visual person and I get that during the planning process, it’s hard to envision things without seeing them in person. I’m honored that Jackie trusted me to make her vision come to life.” said planner Maddy.

Jackie & Braxton played the shoe game during the reception! The DJ read off questions that they answered about each other. It was so fun to see their guests’ reactions and learn more about them!
