We’re so excited to share the epic New Year’s Eve wedding of Joumana and Ziad! This event was dripping in glamorous details, incredible moments and lots and lots of love! Working with the rest of the creative team to bring this wedding together was an absolute thrill for us! Now take a look at this luxurious evening!
A gold accented white alter served as the backdrop for the ceremony. Featuring gorgeous white blooms, crystals and candles, the lavish table was full of beautiful details. Magnificent gold urns topped with bounteous arrangements flanked the aisleway that were lined with rows of white floral.
Eight flower girls and boys readied the aisle for the blushing bride, carrying LED balloons, flowers and signs. The bride was escorted by her father to her groom to the sweet melodies of a harp.
Once the ceremony was over, the party began. The terrace was covered in led lit bubbles hanging from the slatted ceiling. Trellis’ were adorned with canvases with gold foil sentiments and amber light. Guest could choose from a fresh seafood station, cooked to order pasta, a mountain of cheeses and more. In addition to the fully stocked bar, champagne was available from the skirt of a gilded woman.
After picking up their placecards, guests were invited into the opulent ballroom. Chandeliers suspended from the ceiling with floral and crystal hung above mirror topped tables. The room was aglow with golden draping and amber lighting throughout.
Once guests were seated the real show began! Aerial artists performed an incredible 15 minute show creating beautiful shapes and sequences above guests heads.
Next a percussion band flown in from Lebanon put on a show. For the brides entrance, she unmasked each of the drummers to find one was her new husband. From there they took the floor for their first dance.
Soon it was time to party and this group certainly knew what they were doing! The dance floor was never empty and DJ Cyril of Dubai kept the musical energy up all night long! During the plated dinner the guests were serenaded with classic hits sung by local singer Lyn Jackson.
As midnight grew closer, masks, noismakers and party favors were passed out to each guest.
Just after midnight, the cake, adorned with sparklers was wheeled onto the dance followed by trays upon trays of mini desserts. Meanwhile champagne was poured by the aerial artists as they were suspended from the ceiling. Each guest left the evening with a vibrant oil lamp.
Congratulations to this beautiful couple! We wish Joumana and Ziad nothing but happiness as they begin their lives together.
