This truly is one of the most wonderful and busiest times of the year. We get wrapped up in the holiday hustle and bustle and some times do not have time to whip up an elaborate treat to bring to all of the holiday parties. We have a favorite recipe that is quick, easy, and yummy that we like to call Rolos Reindeer Tracks.
Ingredients you will need are:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, then line the cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the pretzels closely together.
Then the fun part begins! Place one Rolo per pretzel, this is the most time consuming part due to having to unwrap each Rolo as you go. To save time you can buy the Rolo’s in the stick instead of the big candy bags.
Be sure to keep this tray out reach from any fur legged friends you may have around the home.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the Rolo chocolates are soft, the chocolate should not be completely melted. Next, take the tray out of the oven and immediately press a pecan half on top of each Rolo.
Place the tray into the fridge to let the chocolate and caramel cool, this should take about an hour. Serve on a cute tray or holiday tin and enjoy the sweet and salty goodness with your friends and family.
We hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday season. We can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for Your Jubilee!
