YOUR JUBILEE: Full service design
For the couple that isn’t sure where to start, Your Jubilee will develop a complete design for your wedding-from “yes” to “I do” and everything in between. We’ll guide you through the process and create a bespoke celebration that encompasses everything you are as a couple.  Trust us, your event will be nothing short of spectacular!

-Unlimited email phone and in person consultations
-Coordinate and manage hotel room blocks for guest accommodations
-Budget management and tracking monthly updates
-Rehearsal dinner location and “wedding weekend” recommendations

-Guidance with music selection and speeches
-Discounted package rates on a custom treat bar, and wedding related party planning including engagement party, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehersal dinner, bridal luncheon, grooms outing, post wedding brunch, etc.

YOUR JOY: Planning assistance and day-of coordination
This package is ideal for the couple that has a vision for their special day, but needs some help executing it to perfection.  Your Jubilee will be there throughout the entire planning process to connect you to excellent vendors and produce a one of a kind celebration. We call this wedding coaching!

This package includes:
-Everything mentioned in the day of event coordination package
-Up to six additional consultations sessions including inspiration exploration, venue selection, various vendor meetings, timeline meeting and more
-Referrals and price negotiation with the best vendors, customized to your budget and design needs
-Unlimited phone and email communication
-Assistance with event customization- save the date, invitations, program, escort cards, place cards, calligraphy, favors and unique celebration details
-Set up table viewing to a sample of your wedding table
-Assistance with floor plan and venue set-up
-Scheduling vendor meetings for you, and complete communication with contracted vendors
-Personal on-site assistant for the entire bridal party
-Up to 12 hours on-site day of event

Your Day: Day of event coordination You deserve to enjoy your special day with your family and bridal party!  Leave the day of event details to Your Jubilee!

This package includes:
-Two consultation sessions including: initial consultation and venue walk-thru/ timeline meeting
-Vendor contract review and confirmation
-Complete wedding timelines and itineraries for vendors, bridal party and families including band/DJ/emcee coordination
-Attend and facilitate rehearsal
-Supervision of vendor arrivals and distribution of final payments and gratuities
-Collection, set-up and tear-down of all ceremony and reception elements
-Up to 12 hours on-site day of event
