Our villa is just a short ride from Florence, boasting a private pool and 7 bedrooms.  You may have seen it featured in Vogue and Conde Nast Traveller.  During your stay you'll have time to enjoy the grounds and the home's amenities as well as chef prepared meals.

All attendees arrive by 7pm and will be picked up via van shuttles from the Amerigo Vespucci Airport. On the way to the Villa we will be stopping for a local dinner around 8pm before checking in and settling into the Villa that evening.

Day One: Arrival

Full day of strategic sessions with Ashley, Meagan, and Ryann, including one-on-one time to talk marketing, growth strategy and reigniting your passion for weddings.   Workbooks will be provided.  For dinner, attendees will be treated to a wine tasting led by a sommelier and catered dinner.  Breakfast and lunch also provided.  This is a great day to relax, adjust to the local time zone and explore the grounds of our villa.

We'll spend the morning exploring some of Italy's Iconic fashion brands and the after noon tasting our way through a wine tour in the tuscan countryside.  For dinner you'll be treated to chef prepared brick oven pizza at the villa.

90 minute morning meditation with a sound bath of gongs and mantras to start out our day on the beautiful Villa grounds.

Evening pasta cooking class: a private chef will introduce an Italian Lifestyle dinner with homemade fresh pasta prepared in our villa kitchen. We’ll kick off the meal with a selection of Italian appetizers before tasting our culinary creations.

When and where is the Inspire.Create.Thrive: Italy Retreat happening?
The retreat will take place outside Florence, Italy from August 5th-9th, 2024. Guests will need to fly in before 6pm on the 5th and checkout will be at 10am on the 9th.

The event is exclusively tailored for wedding professionals, including wedding planners, photographers, florists, and other industry experts looking to enhance their skills and network with like-minded professionals.

What can I expect from the workshops?
Participants can expect a mix of educational sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. The retreat keynote speakers from Your Jubilee, Ryann Lindsey Photography & Ryli.Co will share insights, business coaching, lead you through goal setting, and help you curate content throughout the retreat. Workshops may cover topics such as innovative wedding design & styling, client and team management, along with business strategies. Networking events provide attendees with the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, fostering collaboration and partnerships all while diving into the culture and mindset of the people in Florence! A city that is known for its culture, architecture, and amazing food and wine will help attendees relax and connect in ways they may not otherwise get to in their own markets back home. 

Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
Yes, the registration fee includes accommodation for the duration of the retreat. Participants will stay in a gorgeous Villa all together for the duration of the stay. Participants may need to share a room with another guest- all guests will have their own beds. You can request your own room at a higher rate- limited availability, first come first serve. All transportation included will be planned and included in fee- you may have to cover your own transportation if your flight schedule doesn't match our transportation schedule to the villa. 

How do I register for the Inspire.Create.Thrive: Italy Retreat?
Registration can be completed online through our official website. Follow the provided instructions, and our team will guide you through the process as needed. 

Can I bring a guest or family member with me?
The retreat is designed for wedding professionals, and the registration fee covers a single participant. If you would like to travel abroad with family this summer we encourage that, but ask that for the days of the retreat family has other accommodations so you can focus on your business, goals, and connection with other wedding pros. 

Are meals provided during the retreat?
Most meals are included in the registration fee. Participants will enjoy delicious and culturally enriched dining experiences throughout their stay in Florence. As the retreat is closer we will send out a full itinerary of events and what meals are and are not provided. We will be giving our guests free time where meals will be on their own. 

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?
We prioritize the safety of our participants. We will adhere to all local and international guidelines, and detailed safety measures. If you are feeling sick or have a fever close to your departure date we ask all participants to take a test before entering the country. In the unfortunate event of a positive test we will work with you on ways to potentially transfering your ticket to another retreat or to another person on your team/in the wedding industry. Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
Deposits are non refundable. Any payments refunds after the deposit will be on a case by case basis. Most participants will be asked to transfer their ticket to a future retreat or to another member within the wedding industry. 

How can I connect with fellow attendees before the retreat
We encourage participants to join our online Facebook group where you can connect with other attendees, share insights, and prepare for an enriching experience together.

What is the weather like in Florence during the summer? 
August can be quite hot in Florence, so be prepared for higher temperatures. Lightweight and breathable clothing is recommended for the trip. Average highs during this time are 89 degrees with lows around 65 degrees. We will be updating you on the various excursions and sending out a packing and “what to wear” guide as the workshop draws near.

What travel documents do I need to travel abroad for the summer of 2024? 
For international travel, including a trip to Italy, U.S. citizens need a valid passport. Additionally, it's advisable to check for any specific entry requirements or visa regulations for Italy, as these can vary. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date. It's also recommended to stay informed about any travel advisories or restrictions that may be in place due to global events, health concerns, or other factors. The U.S. Department of State's website and the official website of the Embassy or Consulate of Italy in the United States are good sources for up-to-date information. Keep in mind that travel requirements can change, so it's essential to verify the latest information closer to your travel date. Italy may be implementing an EES/ETIAS by summer of 2024. Please check this website in order to apply for this to ensure entry with a valid passport.
