It’s November everyone!! The holidays are picking up and it’s almost time to pull out your bright lights and winter decorations but it’s still fall until after Thanksgiving! So here is a fun way to spice up the dinner table for all your family and friends too OOO and AWW at.
So I’m a sucker for all that glitters and shines so when picking out what I wanted to put on my table I looked for just that. I started with gold beaded placemats from Homegoods (obsessed with that place), then I topped those with grey mental chargers and a grey blue
plate. For the cups I used the clear and gold initial cups from anthropologie and wood coasters.
Continuing with the metallics I bought wood leaves with gold and rose gold foil. They are from target
and are only 90 cents a pack! That was a total steal so I used them in two ways! The first, is on the plates with your guests name written on them. This gives your table a personal touch. Next, I used hot glue and clear string to glue the leaves back to back and then I hung them around my chandelier, this made it look as though the leaves are falling from the sky! It only took about 10 minutes to create this and it was so cheap as well, it can also be easily saved and reused the next year. Lastly, I topped the table off with rose gold geometric candle holders and succulents.
Thanksgiving is a time to spend with all the people in your life that you love and to thank them for all they do! I hope that this table scape will give you some inspiration for your own Thanksgiving dinner table!
