There is something about summer that just begs you to turn on the grill for a little BBQ! Today, Amy L is sharing one of her favorites, Chicken Kabobs! They’re not only super easy to make, but they are extremely healthy. They can also be modified to fit your preferences.
INGREDIENTS
1-2 large chicken breasts
4 bell peppers in colors of your choice
1 onion
pepper
corn
brown rice
Spicy Slavo Seasoning
skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the chicken into small to medium square-like pieces. Season with pepper and spicy Slavo seasoning. This can be subbed for any other type of seasoning or marinade you would like. This is just the option I chose for this particular night.
Chop the peppers and onions into medium square sized shapes. Once all cut start to place on your skewers. I am super OCD so I had mine in a specific pattern ha.
If you are making sides prepare them either now or while the skewers are on the grill!
Place on grill for about 10-15 minutes total. Make sure that you are checking and flipping throughout. Then ENJOY!
