To say that we are obsessed with the Desert Botanical Garden is an understatement. Its such an incredible venue to showcase the beauty of our Arizona deserts! So when the ladies from WedAZ asked us to plan their fall magazine launch party at our beloved DBG, we couldn’t wait to get started.
Posh Invitations made these gorgeous programs for the evening, highlighting all the vendors. We just love the custom garden artwork!
When you are working with a gorgeous canvas like the garden, it’s not hard to create a magical evening. We collaborated with fantastic vendors to bring together a beautiful celebration for the magazine.
Something about Fall just reminds us of family, so we started with a long Banquet table and build out from there. We wanted it to feel cozy, but also for everyone to have plenty of space to meet and mingle. Classic Party Rental provided tables, chairs and linen for the event.
Petals and Lucy created an amazing moss, pebble, lantern and floral runner for the main table with complimentary arrangements for each of the side tables. We love working with Petals and Lucy because every time we work with Trish, she blows us away with how she takes our ideas to the next level. This party was no exceptions! Swoon over some of these floral beauties with us!
The ladies from Candle Concierge added to the ambiance with beautiful custom made candles that lined walkways, adorned tables and added a little whimsy to the sites water feature. They even made a WedAZ branded candle for the event!
We brought in two options for Fall desserts and both were tastebud pleasers! Sweet Pies showed off their delicious and beautiful mini peach cobblers. Meanwhile, Fluff it Marshmallows were torching decadent Smore’s.
Culinary Canvas Catering showcased delicious Mac and Cheese in two flavors, a unique take on baked beans, giant and delicious cheese balls, tasty bruschetta and crudites.
We love an interactive party, so one of our favorite parts of this event was the build your own succulent garden. These fun succulents and sassy cacti were provided by the Arizona Flower Market and Trish from Petals and Lucy coached guests through planting their party favor.
What is better than grabbing a swag bag as you leave an event? Curating your own bag of goodies! WedAZ advertisers supplied giveaway items so guests could create a bag of goodies specific to their wants and needs! Your Jubilee brought out our lip balm balls for the occasion!
Social Station was on site to get silly snap shots of all the guest. The band even got a chance to have a little fun with it! Speaking of the band, The Band Mancini was definitely the biggest hit of the evening. The great mix of songs and incredible talent kept everyone on their feet!
The evening couldn’t have been captured more perfectly thanks to Morgan of Morgan Mclane Photography, who also happened to shoot the cover of the issue as well!
It was a beautiful and fun evening filled with meeting, mingling and prickly pear margaritas! It made us so excited for the next wedding we have at the Desert Botanical Garden in the Spring!
Speaking of Spring, Your Jubilee still has dates available (but weekends are filling up fast) if you are considering a day of event coordinator, partial planner or full event designer for your wedding.
